Minitickets

Pricing

Free to start. 5% on paid tickets.

One plan. Free events cost nothing. On paid tickets we take a standard 5% platform fee, and you see it before you sell.

Free events

Free

No fee for you or your guests, and no Stripe account needed.

Paid tickets

5%

Our standard platform fee, taken from your sales. Your buyers pay exactly your ticket price and we add nothing at checkout. Our rate can differ by agreement, and what applies to your event is shown to you before you sell, in the event form and under Payments. Stripe charges its own fees to you separately, including for currency conversion and disputes where they apply.

By default, ticket money is charged on your own Stripe account and goes straight to you. Stripe sets when payouts arrive.

What you get

Tickets and guests

  • Several ticket types per event, each with its own price, capacity and sale window.
  • Promo codes: a percentage, a fixed amount or free, with dates and a use limit.
  • Require approval, then accept or decline each request. Declining a paid request refunds it in full.
  • A waitlist that moves people in automatically, oldest first, when a ticket is cancelled, declined or refunded.
  • Your own questions at checkout.
  • Multi-day events, and one-click cloning of a past event.
  • Hide the exact address on the public event page. Buyers get it with their ticket.
  • Online events: add your Zoom, Meet, YouTube or Telegram link and ticket holders get it on their ticket.
  • Already selling elsewhere? List the event here and send people to your own ticket page.

Seating and halls

  • Draw your hall: blocks of rows and seats, tables, round tables, standing areas and a stage.
  • Curved rows and aisles for arenas and theatres, sectors, and your own row and seat numbering: numbers, letters, odd or even.
  • Price zones: assign ticket types to seats, rows, tables or areas, each with its own price, capacity and sale window, and its own colour on the map.
  • Mark wheelchair, companion and limited-view seats, or remove seats from the map.
  • Add a floor plan image, icons, lines, shapes and labels so the map reads like your venue.
  • Buyers pick their exact seat on the map at checkout. The seat is held for them for 10 minutes while they check out.
  • Start from a hall you drew before. Cloning an event copies its hall too.

Getting paid

  • Buyers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (where their browser supports it), with no account needed.
  • By default, ticket money goes straight to your own Stripe account.
  • Refund a paid ticket in full or in part from the guest list. Our fee on the refunded amount currently comes back to you; Stripe's own fee follows Stripe's terms.
  • Sell in 32 currencies, one per event. If it differs from your payout currency, Stripe converts it and charges a conversion fee.

At the door and with your team

  • Scan tickets with a phone camera in the browser, on several devices at once.
  • Co-hosts with roles: manager, member, or door scanner only.
  • Download your guest list as CSV, and import guests or contacts from CSV.
  • Email invitations and announcements to your contacts and ticket holders: up to 1,000 emails in any rolling 7 days per organizer account, with one-click unsubscribe.
  • Tickets come with an Apple Wallet pass and a calendar invite.

Reach and numbers

  • Your event gets its own page and is listed on the page of its venue's city. Search forgives typos and wrong keyboard layouts.
  • Once our team approves an event for a city that has a Telegram community group, you can post it there yourself. Posts go out in Russian.
  • Download a ready Instagram story image.
  • Public events can be found by AI assistants that use our public event search.
  • See views, Buy clicks, where visitors came from, sales and refunds.
  • Pages for your band, venue or collective, with a short address and a verified tick, set up by our team on request.

Good to know

  • Selling tickets is currently open to organizers who are located in, and have a payment account in, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland or the European Economic Area.
  • Tickets to an event ticketed on Minitickets are sold only on Minitickets: no payment for admission elsewhere or at the door, including a cover charge on a free event (Organizer Agreement, section 3.5). Food, drinks and merchandise are yours to sell.
  • You are responsible for the taxes on your sales, except where the law requires us or Stripe to collect, report or withhold an amount (Organizer Agreement, section 7).
