This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service for https://minitickets.com, operated by Minitickets, Inc. ("Minitickets," "we," "us"). Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.
Except as expressly stated in this Policy or required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the Event date, time, location, and quantity.
If an Event is cancelled in its entirety and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket face value.
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled:
If an Event is materially changed (for example, the headline performer is replaced or the venue is relocated), refund eligibility, if any, is determined by the Organizer and will be communicated to affected Buyers. A change of opening act, minor schedule shift, or seat relocation within the same venue is generally not grounds for a refund.
We do not provide refunds or credits for:
If you believe you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order, contact us at support@minitickets.com within 30 days. We will investigate and refund verified erroneous charges.
Where a refund is available under this Policy, contact support@minitickets.com with:
We will respond within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; we cannot refund to a different card or account.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and cancellation of associated Tickets. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with evidence of the completed sale and delivery.
For Events produced by third-party Organizers, the Organizer is responsible for the Event and bears the ultimate cost of any refund. Minitickets processes ticket payments and, where a refund is due under this Policy, issues that refund to your original payment method; we then recover the refunded amount from the Organizer (including by offsetting it against amounts otherwise payable to the Organizer). We are not liable for an Organizer's failure to perform. If an Organizer becomes insolvent or fails to deliver, your remedies may be limited to those available against the Organizer.
Some events are listed on Minitickets but sold or registered on a third-party platform, and we link you there to complete your purchase ("Link Events"). This Policy does not apply to Link Events. For a Link Event, Minitickets is not the seller; all refunds and cancellations are handled by the third-party platform and the event organizer under their own policies.
